‘CLOUDED MOON’

Lyrics

Wine that you drink with your eyes
I’ll wait for you
When the evening sets
I close my eyes to see
Will you come like a new whisper in my ear?
Will you be just as close as nightfall?

Clouded moon you came to soon
You blinded me with your light
And if I become like you
I’ll have clouds over my head too
And I’ll follow into the night

Memories follow behind
They’re closing in on us
Like a spotlight I gaze
Put your silver pendant on
Take a walk in your shoes in circles as we go
I forget everything that I’ve known

Clouded moon return so soon
A sliver laughing sound
I try to hold on to you
But your dance is a hurricane of blue
A thunder strike in my mind

Clouded moon reflection of you
Your turn’s more frightening than ever before
And if I believe in you
My hope is lost when the moon lis new
And gone forever more

Wine that you drink with your eyes
I’ll wait for you
When the evening sets
Like nightfall

Clouded moon you came to soon
You blinded me with your light
And if I become like you
I’ll have clouds over my head too
And I’ll follow into the night
